Season memberships, from sign-up to invoice
It all starts with signing up your members. Riders register online for the year — package, lessons, horse, consents, supporting documents — and a parent signs up all their children in one go. Paper forms? You enter them yourself, on a single page.
You set the season's lesson timetable: day, time, level, number of places and waiting list. Each rider picks their slots from that grid.
You set your packages and their prices: lessons only, third share, half share or full board, along with the membership fee, the riding licence, options and your discounts. A horse is never shared beyond one whole: the app keeps count.
Nothing is charged without your approval. For each request, you accept, offer another slot, decline or put the rider on the waiting list.
As the year goes on, needs change: a rider asks to move to a half share, to switch horses or to take an extra board. You approve, and billing follows from the first month not yet invoiced. For the next season, you invite your members to renew and see at a glance who is coming back.
Payment is your call. Online, by card or IBAN: Stripe collects automatically, in one go, quarterly or monthly, with no VelvetHoof commission. Or you collect it yourself — cheque, cash, direct debit run by the club: the app draws up the payment schedule, and you track it here or export it for your accounts.

VelvetHoof allows you to create and manage your competitions in a few clicks: riders see the proposed events, register online, and receive email notifications.
On the club side, follow registrations in real time, validate them, manage statuses (pending, validated, paid...), and trigger billing if needed.
Each equestrian center has its own personalized space, with its logo, visuals, and a dedicated address.
Highlight competitions that count double: a clear rider-side display (weighting badge, coefficient shown on each event) so everyone spots at a glance the key competitions in the internal ranking.
The entry made on your site appears in the rider's upcoming contests inside Foulée.ai: its date, their horse, their class, with nothing to type in again. That is where their course preparation starts.

The stable list brings together the horses kept at your yard: their record, the riders who ride them, and the services requested for each of them.
The horse's own calendar lives in Foulée.ai, the rider's app. That is where they set their Thursday lesson once and for all, log their sessions, and keep their horse's care record — vaccines, wormers, farrier, dentist — with the reminders that go with it.
So there is nothing left for you to configure: no event types, no care settings, no recurring sessions. What the club organises and invoices stays with you; what the rider lives through with their horse stays with them.
For a shared horse, coordination happens in Foulée.ai: each rider sees what the other has planned and what they have ridden, so nobody repeats the same exercise twice.
From a horse's record, two links lead to its health record and its lessons in Foulée.ai. The app is free to start with, and the rider's subscription, if they take one, never goes through the club.

Yes. Every club gets a free subdomain such as myclub.concours-equestre.fr. A custom domain name is available for a one-off €15 setup fee.
The club chooses the disciplines it runs: its administrator switches them on. For ponies, the list covers driving, eventing (CCE), pony racing, show jumping, Derby Eventing, Derby Cross, dressage, endurance, driving endurance, Equifeel, Équifun, western riding, hunter, Mountain Trail, Pony Games, Ride and Bike, Ride and Run, mounted archery, TREC driving and PMG International; horse classes have their own list. Double-weighted classes get a dedicated display. A club can also sell add-on services to its riders — paddock, horse walker, clipping — with booking, and payment either online or collected by the club itself, and manage its members and billing. Requested services are visible to the rider on the club's site and in Foulée.ai, where they appear with their horse and their date.
