Welcome to concours-equestre.fr, a service provided by VelvetHoof. Please read the following conditions carefully before using our site. By accessing or using concours-equestre.fr, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Usage
1.1 Competition Creation: The first competition must be created within two months of the club site creation. Furthermore, the club is required to create a competition at least every 4 months to maintain site access. Non-compliance with this condition may result in the removal of site access.
1.2 Fees on online payments: Service usage is free. A 1% commission is added to the registration amount for online payments, charged to the rider.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Banking processing fees are deducted from payments. These fees are charged to the club; they vary depending on the type of bank card used (Stripe Pricing).

1.3 Fees on competitions without online payment: Competitions without online payment are billed at €2.25 per competition. Payment is made online by credit card or SEPA bank transfer.
The club is responsible for collecting payments for these competitions as well as refunding riders in case of cancellation.

1.4 Fees on cancelled competitions: Cancelled competitions are automatically refunded to riders. Banking processing fees are charged to the club.
The club is responsible for having necessary funds to refund riders on its Stripe account. If applicable, the Stripe account must be funded to cover refunds.
VelvetHoof is not responsible in case of payment default by the club.

2. Club Responsibilities
2.1 Site Management: The club is responsible for managing its space on the site, including user management and competitions (creation, cancellation, etc.).
3. Site Ownership and Management
3.1 Managing Company: The concours-equestre.fr service is managed by VelvetHoof. All questions, concerns, or support requests must be addressed to VelvetHoof.
3.2 Modification of Terms: VelvetHoof reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be informed of changes via notifications on the site or other appropriate means. By continuing to use the service after any modification, you accept the new terms.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 User Data: VelvetHoof undertakes to protect the confidentiality of information provided by users in accordance with its privacy policy.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Club: The club may terminate its account at any time by notifying VelvetHoof.
5.2 Termination by VelvetHoof: VelvetHoof reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service, in whole or in part, in case of non-compliance with these terms by the club.
