Welcome to concours-equestre.fr, a service provided by VelvetHoof. Please read the following conditions carefully before using our site. By accessing or using concours-equestre.fr, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 Club subscription: Access to the service requires an annual subscription of €119 incl. tax. The first month following the creation of the club's site is free. Once it expires, and until payment is made, creating and managing competitions and add-on services is suspended; competitions already open remain accessible to riders and entries already issued remain payable.
The subscription is paid online by bank card or by SEPA bank transfer.

1.3 Fees on online payments: VelvetHoof takes no commission on riders' payments, neither on competition entries nor on add-on services. Online payments are processed by Stripe: banking processing fees, borne by the club, are deducted from the payments and vary with the type of card used ( VelvetHoof ne prélève aucune commission sur les paiements des cavaliers, ni sur les inscriptions aux concours, ni sur les prestations. Les paiements en ligne sont traités par Stripe : des frais de traitement bancaire, à la charge du club, sont prélevés sur les paiements et varient selon le type de carte bancaire utilisée ().
For competitions without online payment, the club is responsible for collecting payments and for refunding riders in the event of cancellation.

1.4 Fees on cancelled competitions: Cancelled competitions are automatically refunded to riders. Banking processing fees are charged to the club.
The club is responsible for having necessary funds to refund riders on its Stripe account. If applicable, the Stripe account must be funded to cover refunds.
VelvetHoof is not responsible in case of payment default by the club.

3.2 Modification of Terms: VelvetHoof reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be informed of changes via notifications on the site or other appropriate means. By continuing to use the service after any modification, you accept the new terms.

5.2 Termination by VelvetHoof: VelvetHoof reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service, in whole or in part, in case of non-compliance with these terms by the club.
