• pco.concours-equestre.fr — club management platform
• ai.concours-equestre.fr — AI Coach

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to contact@concours-equestre.fr with the following information:

• The email address of the account to be deleted
• The platform(s) concerned (PCO, AI Coach, or both)
• Subject line: "Account deletion request"

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.

All data linked to your account will be permanently deleted (credentials, preferences, usage history). Some information may be retained when required by law (e.g., invoices kept for 10 years under French Commercial Code).
